CERCLE's first Community Forum was convened at Hope Child Development Center back in August, CERCLE, in conjunction with CT Parent Power, brought together legislators, childcare providers, and families to discuss what was the first of several devastating cuts to CT's working families' childcare assistance program, Care4Kids.
